Members Catchup

On March 24th 2026 Tāmaki Makaurau Screen Industry Network hosted a constructive & social "Members Catchup' evening at Otto, K Road.

The catchup started with members & representatives from key industry guilds and organisations enjoying mingling, drinks & nibbles, followed by a casual agenda and discussion about important issues facing our Auckland screen industry. 

There was spirited conversation about a range of topics, including the new 5% uplift criteria for the international rebate, thoughts on a streamer levy, SPADA & SIWA update & AFS Sale funds.  TMSIN Chair Kristian Eek said 'I wasn't sure what to expect of the evening, but as the night went on I realised how much knowledge and experience we have in our industry, and how crucial it is that we keep talking and that we work with each other'.

Tāmaki Makaurau Screen Industry network look forward to hosting more constructive events like this for our Members, events which bring our industry together in important conversation.
